I DO NOT!!! appreciate slow service, i put in a claim for a cellphone and i must now wait for a damage report, i made myself very clear the phone wont switch on, i dont understand what's the damage report for, now i must stay without a phone and my whole life must STOP, because of boring procedures... waiting for 3 working days to sort this out is just not acceptable by me... I want my phone fixed NOW.
