After getting a settlement letter I paid up my loan in full and emailed the proof together with the settlement letter to FNB around the 26th of April, today I called and it had not been updated yet.
On the 25th of April I also paid up my credit card and emailed the card division to cancel my Top Up protection plan, that as well has not been done.
Together with being so delayed I haven't even received feedback unless I call FNB.
