WAIT FOR WEEKS WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING

I applied for a top-up loan. It was immediately approved. It is now again going on three weeks later and no payout. According to consumer law this company is obliged TO STATE CLEARLY ON THEIR WEBSITE AND OTHER MARKETING MATERIAL that this will be the case. Do not give me the standard line about "Due to a high demand blah blah blah" You lure people to apply for a loan through you but you do not state form the onset that it will take weeks to pay out. How many of these people will make use of your service if they knew? It is time that this practice is exposed in the media. Enough.
