Dodgy deductions randomly appeared

WOW... I actually can't believe what has happened. Today I checked my account using internet banking and it tells me that I'm - R4.68...

so I thought that was rather strange as my SMS on my phone tells me that I had R 103.02 in my account on Tuesday 30 April 2013 at 14:41pm
So even when the R 99 monthly bank charge comes off, I should have R 103.02 - R 99.00 = R 4.02 (ie. MONEY I STILL HAVE), NOT NEGATIVE. Then I checked further up my account and noticed `statement cost psted stmt fee 29 Apr R 9.00'. I've never needed nor have I ever been charged this amount - why suddenly?

Do you usually operate this dodgy? When I signed up for this account, I was TOLD about the ONCE-OFF fee of R 99.00 - why am I suddenly having OTHER amounts charged?
