Terrible service for a financial institution!!!

I have a student loan with FNB and I'm currently paying interest only, and would like to start paying capital and interest (I'm actually wanting to pay!).

I'm unable to find anyone who can tell me what my monthly repayment amount is going to be and to confirm the changes via e-mail, terribly inefficient for a so called financial institution.

I'm also finding it impossible to get them to send me a statement for my loan via e-mail, I'm actually wanting to see what my outstanding balance is so I can arrange for payment.

Please assist a good customer who's actually wanting to pay for a product, but receiving shocking service.
