I am very disappointed with the progress to date with regards to my report dated 08 July 2013. Although some effort was made to resolve my issue at hand by - there has been no final resolution. My student loan was taken out on a 8.5% interest, however now that I am wanting to pay back the capital, the interest has changed to 18.5% and nobody, including the management at FNB student loans seems to have an answer regarding this breach in the initial agreement.
