Money banked but goods not received

Dikeledi Modisane was at Clicks Randfontein on the 7th and purchased goods but never received them due to the receipt not printing, which was caused by load shedding. On the 8th, a correction was made, and on the 9th, I received an SMS from my bank stating that the money had gone through. I called my bank, and it was confirmed that the transaction was processed by Clicks.

I then spoke with your manager, Cindy, and a lady from my bank requested a letter from her. Cindy did not listen and claimed that we were trying to rob her, then hung up the phone. She is not well-groomed and is not fit for the position. Please find someone well-groomed for the Randfontein branch.

I want this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
