Kellis Motors - Parts Query on Service

This is the mail I sent to Groupon requesting feedback:

Hi,

Could you please indicate what is covered in this service at Kessel motors. Does it include filters that gets changed on any service? Or does the voucher only cover labour? Her registration no: CA 733838. Nissan Micra 1.5 DCI Tekna. 2006. (MON007)

My girlfriend collected her car yesterday, some of the items on the invoice looks astronomically high. An AG1416 air filter is R 425.00, a normal V belt is R 500.00, a tin of throttle body cleaner R 150.00!

The car inside looks like someone tried to overhaul an engine. It is full grease marks. (Gear knob, steering wheel, seats, door panels)

I would also like to know if Kessel is registered at RMI.

Could someone please get back to me as soon as possible regarding these cost.
