Disappointed

I purchased a deal on Groupon more than a month ago, which closed unsuccessfully. I paid via EFT, and made several requests for a refund, via email and telephone, without any success. I am unsure if this is a common occurrence, but it leaves me with very little confidence in the service from Groupon.
