Your replied to my Hello Peter report with reference to : #645101

I have asked you to confirm amount that will be credited to my account as well as the date the money will be refunded via your support email address. AGAIN I receive no communication from your support team.

It seems the only time you bother corresponding is via the Hello Peter Website!

So once again, could you please confirm the date you will be crediting my account and the amount. In your last email, you said the money would reflect in a couple of days. That was 5/6 days ago.
