THIEVING!!

Groupon you!! You sell a service for a fly by night supplier which I could not reach, then you agree to refund me my money, but first by making it impossible asking for reference numbers that have long since been archived on my banking website... so even after i give you all my other numbers on the groupon you still havent refunded me... and simply ignore my last email correspondence!!! You expect me to endure additional banking costs and waste my time. First time i ever used your service and i feel... avoid people avoid avoid!! I better receive feedback by EOB tomorrow or I am taking this to the CPA!!!
