No goods... and no refund forthcoming

Two and a half months after placing an order with Groupon, and countless self-initiated calls, I was finally told that we would be refunded. Nothing happened, then I was told I would be getting a voucher to buy anything else. I rejected this, because I actually need the goods I ordered, not something else. It's now three weeks since the refund was offered, and no money has been received. My last email to the call centre was also ignored. Poor performance all round.
