I am so disgusted in the pathetic service which I had received from GroupOn SA or the lack of service for that matter. On the 4 January I had ordered a pink E- Reader with accessories. The week of the 21 January a black one with no accessories was delivered. I called them back and advised them of the error they said they would collect and replace within 5 days. They collected only around the 20 February 2013 after me calling and several emails they informed me on the 19 February they no longer have stock. No contact from them was made at all. I also ordered a spice rack from them the week of the 14 February 2013 since then I have not heard a thing I have sent several emails with no response from them as to the whereabouts of the spice rack. I eventually emailed to say please cancel still no response. This is the worst service I have had from a business. I have spoken to a few other people and that have also experienced this bade service from Group On SA.
