Be very carefull in doing business with groupon

We advertised a special at our lodge through group on. First of all they placed an advert with the wrong information, which resulted in clients being unhappy, this add was placed without us signing it off. Nobody notified us that we have to get a security code from the client as they book in.
We are now struggeling for months to get our money out of them. They sold the vouchers but we don't get our money. After further investigation, we realised that they made changes to the contract after it was signed by both parties. To the extend that we are now opening a legal case against them. When we make appointments with them to try and resolve the problem, they do not arrive for the appointment. Their service is appaulling! Be very carefull doing business with group on!
