Terrible service and tyotal lack

We ordered and paid for a delux comfy sack R2249.00 voucher code 00101263hj on the 12th December 2012 and have still not received delivery as of todays date 15 February 2013 lets be honest by anyones standards this is not just ridiculous but absolutely unforgivable. we have been in contact with groupon and were told that the order was fulfilled in january and they would escalate the incident and we would have feed back within 48 hrs, well 2 weeks later we have an email telling us we will look in to this. Please stop looking and either refund our money plus interest or deliver our friggin goods, we will also be lodging a similar report with the consumer council of south africa you guys at groupon are a joke and your service.
