STILL NO REFUND

I Have placed and paid for my order on the 27th August 2012 with the expectation that i would receive it in the next 4-6 weeks. This was suppose to be a birthday gift for a special friend. Here we are 5months and numerous complaints and follow ups later - still no delivery!!!

At my last attempt, the response i received was that i will receive a refund, but still nothing.
It was my first buying experience on Groupon which came highly recommended to me. This is definitely the worst service i have received by any supplier. Needless to say - i will not be purchasing from this site again!

Edit - I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND!!
