REALLY DISSAPOINTED AND DISGUSTED!!!

On the 30th October last year i purchased a pillow set with massager for R399 under the banner CHRISTMAS SPECIALS putting in my address details for delivery. Upon purchase the site advised that i would wait till the 5th of Nov for all orders to be placed and then the normal 5 - 7 day waiting period for delivery. To my utmost dissapointment i contacted the call centre and sat in a 67 in a queue line. After an hr a consultant picked up and adivised me not to worry as there is a backlog of these orders for christmas deliveries and that i will receive it by the latest 14th Dec as i advised them that this was a Christmas gift and would obviously need it before then! Come Christmas and still no delivery of my pillows!!! I called back into the the call centre beginning of this year and low and behold i got through to the same friendly consultant that helped me the year before and when checking up on my query she advised that there was a long waiting list for these pillows and that unfortunately my name wasnt even on there!!! She advised she would put my name on the shortlist and wait atleast 1 week. Up-to-date still no delivery!!! This is plain and simple daylight!!!
