At the end of November they had a deal on Electric Scooters, they took my money with out thinking twice, i went on holiday and when i got back to work on the 24th december the scooter hadn't arrived, i then told my 10yr old daughter that i had not received it and that she would receive her Christmas present late.i tried phoning to no avail, stating they only open on the 2nd Jan, i tried in vain a couple of times, i must have sent - 5 mails trying to find out what was happening.i then got hold of them on the 2nd after holding for about ages, only to be told sorry we got no stock and that they can refund me, which i was cool with, i checked about 5 days later if my money was reversed but nothing. i phoned the 9th jan, and spoke to a gent Kelvin, but i asked to speak to a manager after holding for about another 15mins, he said the manager was busy and he would get the manager to phone me back this was at 9:00 ish. as at after 11 i had no one call me back, i phoned again and guess what another 15mins.i then spoke to a manager who really calmed me down and did the credit.today i get a call from Kelvin do i still want it, so i say yes but i have been refunded he then says i can't have it.l
