Poor service and false advertising

Today, I received a notification about Vodacom's ad for the R99 Summer Deal that includes 2 months of YouTube. When calling the call center, using the Tobi bot, and reaching out to Vodapay app support, I received no support and was handed around from department to department. Until now, I have not received any support or my YouTube Premium. This is false advertising and fraud on Vodacom's part.
