I bought a steel string guitar trough grouponsa. The wrong colour was delivered and with no tuner as specified.
Phoned to get a replacement and not done in the time stated. Phoned again to hear they can help me and a refund will be done.
I bought the product because i want it. Why else would i buy it.

Disappointed in the service i received and I for one would never buy from groupon again.
