I have bought two vouchers from Groupon and I couldn't use one of the as the business didn't even exist anymore and the other ones details were incorrect so I couldn't even call for an appointment and when I went to the address the business wasn't even there. Now I have requested my money back as I DON'T want to do ANY business with Groupon again. My query has just been passed from one person to the next and no one gets my query sorted. I was promised in December 2013 that my money would be returned within 7-10days and guess what??? IT STILL WASN"T RETURNED!!! I sent my banking details as they requested at first and now no one bothers to get my things sorted out. If I ever considered making use of them again I have certainly changed my mind after the terrible service I have been getting. I have millions of mails as proof!!!
