Late delivery and missing product. Unable to get

Ordered 3 Shower radios. One order for two radios and another order for one radio. Very late delivery after numerous emails and phone calls. Both orders eventually received but only one radio under one order number and one radio under 2nd order number. I.E. Missing one radio. Several calls and emails still no conclusion, no 3rd radio or refund. Order placed - 6 Nov 2013, delivered 2 weeks after initial 2 week promise to deliver.
