4 weeks and no delivery

I bought CCTV cameras from Groupon. It said delivery will occur after 2 weeks. It is now 4 weeks later and still no product. I have phoned numerous times and sent lots of emails, but they constantly just tell me that they don't have any feedback. They can't even tell me if it has been shipped or what the situation is with my order. I am really dissatisfied with this service and won't buy anything from Groupon ever again!
