I do not know what is going on at the Groupon office but clearly there is no one capable of assisting its clients anymore so they have now resorted to copying and pasting rubbish emails together, responding late and trying to get out of refunding clients. The service I have received thus far has been appalling and when you ask to please speak to someone you are told to give them a call so that it will be some call center agents problem. I bought a Groupon and thanks to their false advertising the service I paid for was an outright lie, I left the supplier and asked Groupon for a refund which they are now refusing to do! So they can about what they are selling you and not refund you, hmmm this is against the CPA guys. Wake up!
