Groupon ran a special of a Spa treatment for two for a supplier Destiny Spa. After having bought the special the supplier kept on saying that they are fully booked until I went to Groupon. Groupon then said eventually that the supplier had closed down and that they will refund me for the purchase. This incident had been going on since June. I sent series of emails to Groupon and they kept on responding as different person asking if the matter had not been resolved. Eventually they asked for my banking details which I dully supplied to them. They responded as a different contact saying they couldn't trace my purchase whilst I have an account with them. The latest is that you cant speak to their call centre because they have now activated voice prompt which has no option for speaking to a customer service agent but options on voice prompt call centre. I see this as calculated so that Clients can have a recorded conversation with their representatives. This matter has been going on for so long its frustrating.
