I was skeptical about the compliments listed on Hello Peter for Groupon SA, since I (and so many others) had such trouble contacting and getting a response from them, I thought these were planted by the company itself.

I would humbly like to thank and congratulate Thembani Ncube for fixing my problem. I had some difficulty contacting the company to arrange for an alternative delivery address for a parcel that was already late and supposedly lost, but after responding to my Hello Peter complaint, Thembani set out to resolve the matter and I received my goods in good condition on Monday morning, almost 4 days earlier than he had anticipated during our conversation.
