I am a first time customer to buy from Groupon and the last time, the service that I got from customer service is bad, i ask myself what criteria was used to employ such people to deal with millions of people. firstly you hold on the phone for more than 15 minutes before someone can attend to you,
I made my purchase on 21/11/2013 I then received a confirmation email that my order has been received, when I called the very same day on what will happen next, the gentleman was very rude on me, he told me to send an email through, I called again today and spoke to Lushain who gave me the number to call and that number was incorrect, mind you in all these telephone calls i have to wait 10-15 minutes before I get help.
i called again and spoke to Chanille who told me the status of my order, in overall i am not happy with the service and for the fact that this was my first time experience, I wouldnt recommend any one to buy through groupon not at all!!!
