My undelivered wallet since septembe

I bought genuine leather mens wallet on 18th september 2013 in the amount R249 online and I was promised it will be delivered to me with 14_30 days but I'm still waiting and I am calling them everyday and they telling me their sorry but I will receive a call from them within 24hrs but still no one comes back to me..I always speak to the lady called Ipeleng and saying they based in houghton and I'm still waiting for their physical addr so I can go to them as I am fed up with Wicount I want my refund... Wicount order number 8427382
