Groupon deals and their service getting worse

This is just one of many incidents.
I bought two vouchers for a mani and pedi for my gf and her mom. Upon wanting to book the lady just replied that she cannot do it now as she is having a baby and I must contact Groupon.
I have now tried for weeks, almost months to get in contact with them. Logged several calls Ticket #74049 which actually came back saying that they will endeavor to respond within 48 hours. wait maybe it was 48 days/years.
The deals are becoming more sketchy and value not really there any more. To try and contact them is like standing in the middle of the Sahara desert and screaming for help expecting someone to hear you, wait there is still actually a chance.
I WILL NOT BUY A SINGLE THING OFF YOU AGAIN!!!
Your service is not even it is non existent!! Maybe research a deal before just collecting the money and then slapping it on your site.
You make me sick!! Oh and this is not the first time either!!
