Failure to respond - no refund

My wife requested the refund. I've tried to phone but it takes ages to get through to you. I've wasted enough time and money on this groupon deal to sit and wait for an operator to answer my call.
My wife held on for the operator and listened to the countdown. When she got to number one and as soon as they answered the phone they put the phone down in her ear.
I've sent numerous emails to Vinoth but no reply.
