PRODUCTS NOT RECEIVED, ONCE AGAIN!

I have ordered two products from groupon - One with a promised delivery time of 2 weeks on 20 October, and one with a promised delivery time of 1 week, on 29 October.
IT IS NOW RESPECTIVELY 3 AND A HALF WEEKS AND MORE THAN TWO WEEKS, AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED EITHER OF THE PRODUCTS!!!
I have tried to reach Groupon customer service, but they choose not to reply
