DELAY IN REFUND

We bought a travel deal on the 15th of October, The deal amount was R2999.00, we however paid in R3000.00. We were notified by grouopn that we had forfieted the deal because we paid R1 extra and thus needed to refund us.

22 days later we are told that the process is taking longer than expected. After numerous calls and emails my husband always recieves vauge and non directional responses.

I had so much trust in groupon! But with the way we are being treated, I'm even lead to think that we have been! The service is appalling! We have to call in everyday in order to speak to the consultants. On some days one never gets through to them.

All we want is our money back so that we secure another accomodation booking.
