Unfairly treated and full of

Hi sometime in June if not May a lady from Golden rewads gave me a call and she told me about Golden rewards and that she is going to send me the card. I told her its fine and she told me about the activation fee and my agreement with her was that as soon as I have the card I will activate and that's when they can debit the money, the lady phoned me again in June and she asked me if I received the card yet and I told her no I haven't and she told me again with the once off fee of R299 and I told her as soon as I get the card I will give them a call to activate the card and that's when they can debit, but to my supprise I got a debit oder message and I tried to contact them with no luck I even let an email hoping they will get back to me with no luck, until I phoned on the 15th and I spoke to Fiona and she said she will investigate and get back to me and she never did, i called her today and they told me that my agreement with them was to activate the card on the over the phone which I never did.i would like them to bring back my money.thanks
