Exstortionist attitude

Signed a 36 month contract for an ad on a bin. Our small retail co. Had difficulty after a year and we had to close. I was offered zero lattitude and had to pay for an ad redesign and keep ad running. So I advertised a family members guest house. The positions available were limmited so I continued under duress. I did let the account get behind as it was a remorse payment. I also had to request bank details a numberof times and was ignored so I returned the favor and ignored paying.
The only correspondence I ever had was a threatening attitude and never any customer service. I have learnt that since this co. Got the contract in east london they now offer 12 month options with hundreds of positions that would better suite my ad. Be carful what you sign and remember that the reult doesnt matter to this "advertising" company and all they want is your money. You will get far better value with online ads that you can control and you wont be threatened with legal action.
