Disgusting Service from Groupon and Service Provid

This is my second Compliant against this Company in as many months.

This time I bought a voucher for a Cake Decorating Course. I organised the date with the service provider (in this case- 108 Chef). Upon arrival at the venue (his house???), he said Groupon send e-mails out to inform everyone with a voucher that the dates have been cancelled till March?

I DID NOT receive this correspondence (from the chef or Groupon) and neither did 2 other ladies that arrived for the same date. This is shocking! Am I going to be compensated for petrol, time wastage and loss of business hours? We were told it was not his fault (Chem Syam)- really??

I should have known that battling for weeks to get a response on booking a date- that maybe something dodgy is going on! Always trust your gut instinct.

Does Groupon not check the credibility of these companies first? And till date- not a single e-mail from Tamaryn to say this has been cancelled in the first place! Disgusting!!
