No refund and no response from customer service

On 5 April I requested a refund for a voucher for a car valet. This was after I arrived at the valet to find that they had moved their premises 15km away and there was a new company operating the car wash and they couldn't accept the voucher. I was pressed for time and paid the full price for the valet. The owner of the original car wash told me that he had contacted Groupon to inform them of the move, yet they made no attempt to inform voucher holders. I called them and requested a refund. I received an email from Lindo Ngubelanga to inform me that my account will be credited, but since I had to pay cash for the valet, Groupon credits are useless. As per the CPA I should be refunded in CASH. I replied with this message to Lindo, but have not heard anything back. I have since sent several email to customer service and have still not received a reply. When I log in to their customer service centre, none of my requests have been assigned to an agent. This is truly pathetic service.
