They advertised XMAS gifts. I have placed an order in Dec and inquired 3 days prior to Xmas on delivery I got a responds that it is on its way. Not receiving it by the 9 January the responds was "we can't find it on the system it must be due to the fact that the supplier did not supply enough stock". When I asked for a refund I got an e-mail to say please send proof of payment as we suspect that your reference was wrong, I paid by credit card no reference required! Very bad service.
