SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST!!!

I bought the Kiraz Pots deal end of March 2013 and was promised a delivery within 4 weeks, it is way past that now... i phone Groupon almost everyday to enquire and no one seem to give me an answer, instead they promise to call me back within 24hours... And oh my!!! How many 24 hours have passed??? I am now getting sick of this service...
