Failure to fix problem voucher codes

I purchased an online code for a discounted product, when inserted the code error says code already used. I have contacted the Groupon head office 4 times and 4 times promised to send new code. Still no code gets sent. Last call was too the call centre manager, Nazley, who promised to rectify by last week Thursday. Still not done.
