It is so easy to report bad service when there is no service! Groupon manages to send me 10 emails a day selling products yet cannot reply to one of my 40 emails sent over the last 8 weeks. The time, phonecalls and effort put into tracking my purchase is certainly more than the discount received on the product. Everyone just blows you off as quickly as possible and hope that you just go away. Wish I had read this group before making any purchases. Groupon appears to have spent millions on support desk technology now they should just employ staff to use it correctly!
