Travel paid for

1) They sell you a voucher that will pay your hotel accommodation
2) They only have 2 hotel in the whole country BUT have a lot of resorts that you have to pay for
3) Asking your money back will take you 4 months, and counting
4) They are rude, impatient and have no manners.
5) You get transferred back and forth to the call centre and then the travel agent, no one takes responsibility
6) The will only pay back the money IF you send the voucher back. They received the voucher (via registered mail) on the 19/3/2013. Till date, EVERYONE IS ALWAYS IN A MEETING!!!

Please not not use these services, unless you have time to kill and no one else to fight with!!!
