Come on QVC, you've read all these complaints, and they keep on coming, what are you going to do? We've invested in timeshare points, battle like blazes to get a booking and then it's third or fourth choice of venue anyway, and the management fees cost as much as a weeks holiday in cash.
What are you going to do about it?
Will you continue to just ignore these issues?
Will you continue trying to gloss it over with the corporate response?
Absolutely shocking.
