I purchased a membership a year ago, when we came to Durban. After purchasing it, I did not take the time to understand the membership! And after almost 6months I decided to use it.

After calling the consultant I learnt how to do bookings and maximize this membership benefit, and I must be honest it's really good. Cause you can do multiple bookings and the bonus break holiday weeks are so cheap!

I am reading the other comments and these is one thing common with the 2 unhappy clients- you don't know how to use the membership. Read the books carefully and book and see for yourself.

After one booking, then you can give credit where it is due :)
