Decline visa application on unreasonable and unethical ground

Good morning my name is Johannes Mahlangu Im
unemployed and I recently won a trip to Austria paid
for by Multi choice including plain tickets hotel
accomodation free gifts and R700 money allowance
my partner who was coming with wrote me a letter
that She was going to provide for me and there was a company that was willing to give me R3000 and I
spent R1500 buying warm clothing for the trip but a
lady by the name of Beatrix Leopold decided to
decline it She was rude unethical and very
unprofessional her reasons was no sufficient ties
with home Country I did all that lady ask for this is clear discrimination and undermining of my dignity
can you please help me
