Excellent customer service

I needed to change the air ticket booking dates of a ticket which was bought in Thailand. Contacted local reservation and spoke with Tumi. Tumi's Customer service was excellent. She was very polite and sounded very enthusiastic about her work. We need more people like her in this country. She get back to me with the information timorously. And best part is that the changing of date was FREE!!!
