DEPOSIT PAYMENT NOT YET RETURNED AFTER 21 MONTHS

Good day, I hired a car from Indlovu fleet services in July2011 by paying a full deposit amount as requested. The accountant Walter informed me that the deposit will be returned within 21 days. To date the money have not been returned, I sent lot of mails to info@indlouv.biz, didn't get any proper response. I have paid this amount of R2950.Please assist.
