CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

I would like to cancell my contract with the company. I have never used their sevices however they refuse to cancell the contract. i have spoken to several agents and took up the contract with Simone in June 2012 at "The Palace" in durban. I am not happy with the contract and have more than R5000 that has been payed over to them. I no longer have intention of doing business with them and now they are treatening to list me on the credit bureaux. I no longer have intentions of making payment for a service which is of no use to me. I can no longer afford it and have no intention of using the currently accumulated points.
