The Refuse to Cancell my contract

I purchased Flexi Club points through by Business prior 2007, I attempted to make use of my points on more than one occasion however never could. I since lost my business and have been unable to keep up the payments on the admin fees of a product I cannot and are no longer willing to make use of. I have requested from both Flexi Club and their lawyers on numerous occasions verbally and have emailed them aswell but however they either refuse to cancel the contract and the fees of which I feel I cannot be held accountable for as I do not make use of the contract due to previous let downs.

This surely cannot be legal.
