No one to help!!!

I am not one to usually complain, yet I feel the need to do so! As I sit here typing this, my ear is glued to my mobile phone. I have been holding to speak to ANYBODY WHO IS WILLING at the Johannesburg customer call centre. Have been patiently waiting for 23 minutes. Now that my patience has run out and have listened very carefully to all the information both the lady and the gentleman have been giving me via voice recording, I am starting to worry. The recording states that if you have any queries concerning tickets booked today, you will need to contact the call centre before midnight that day, to avoid fees. This is exactly what I am trying to do. It's now 11:07pm... I have just been cut off. Close on 30 minutes holding and I have been cut off. I am shocked.
I urgently need assistance, I am worried that I may have purchased the same ticket twice as there were issues online whilst booking. I have received no confirmation emails! Assistance would be greatly appreciated
