Unethical random price fluctuations

A colleague and I just booked 2 tickets at the exact same time for the same flights (Unfortunately company policy forces us to book and pay for our own). At the payment stage the website was continually hanging... Eventually, i got the payment done at a price which is double what Kulula quoted me 10 mins earlier.

1st attempt to pay: ZAR 4200
2nd attempt: ZAR 4400
3rd attempt: ZAR 2900
4th attempt: ZAR 5600 [OFKIFK]

My colleague, using the same internet connection managed first time at a cost of ZAR 3600 [JWYGOT]. In my desperation to be on the same flight, as i am effectively escorting him, i conceded to pay the higher price. I expect more transparent pricing from an airline.

I would like to request a discount to the rate of ZAR 3600, i do not have control over Kulula's website and should not be punished for your inadequacy!!!
